There are a lot of changes coming with Mythic dungeons in this expansion, with greater rewards and difficulty levels, a daily lockout, and new Affixes for Mythic+ dungeons in World of Warcraft: The War Within.

Though these dungeons will provide an exceptional challenge for players, their hardest battle in the upcoming World of Warcraft expansion will be in the Nerub-ar Palace raid. Fans can battle Queen Ansurek and her minions on Raid Finder, Normal, Heroic, or Mythic difficulty, but will also have the opportunity to face off against her in Story Mode. This new type of World of Warcraft encounter lets players experience the conclusion of the raid in a soloable experience, without needing to worry about grouping up with others.

The Normal difficulty for these dungeons will be available as soon as early access starts on August 22, but Heroic dungeons won’t be accessible until the full launch on August 26. Mythic dungeons in WoW: The War Within aren’t available until September 10, with Mythic+ opening up a week later, so fans have plenty of time to hit max level before worrying about pushing keys.
